Romina MTo say that Leslie and Kory did a great job, is an understatement…they were phenomenal! Unlike other agents we had interviewed that arrogantly came into our house and immediately started proposing their selling strategies without discussion, Kory and Leslie took their time getting to know us and our situation before proposing any “strategies.” They were extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They effortlessly guided us through the entire selling process and helped us get a full-price offer on our house only 4 days after listing–DURING the COVID-19 Pandemic! Additionally, since Kory and Leslie had taken the time to learn as much about our property as possible before listing, they were able to immediately answer almost all the buyer’s questions (there were many) without even having to ask us. This was incredibly helpful given that we were in the process of moving out of state, starting new jobs, and trying to homeschool 3 kids under 8 while trying to sell our house. I wholeheartedly believe that only Leslie and Kory could have gotten our house sold and would highly recommend them to anyone!
