Brittin DKory was incredible to work with! This is the 2nd time we’ve used Kory as our realtor in the Charleston area and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The icing on the cake this time was that our house sold for $6000 OVER list price! Another realtor told me we should list the home for $25,000 less than what Kory recommended. Kory is highly knowledgeable and always has his clients’ best interests in mind! I highly recommend Kory & CPG!
